Martin Firrell invited 200 senior leaders in business, culture and policy to take part in a gender think-in to mark the 50th anniversary of the 1967 Sexual Offences Act.

The event was supported by the renowned human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell and took place at The Lloyd's Building in the City of London.

Participants included leaders in the financial sector, insurance industry, women's groups and LGBT+ networks, as well as gender pioneers like Lanah Pillay (pictured).

The think-in invited participants to reflect on the impact of gender norms and the possibilities of a gender-free future.
